With manual sampling plan in complex manufacturing environment, the release decision takes time and reporting functionality is limited. People need to remember release criteria and prone to errors. Comparison of performance and correlation of product to process data is complicated. Our solution allows both automated and manual data entry by quality operators and guides them on next steps if the entry suggests possibility of defect. Both actual out of limit and statistical estimations may be considered and release report is generated automatically in the end of the prediction run.
